What is your return policy?

Buyers are not responsible for returning any tshirts that are defective. But if otherwise unhappy or changed mind, the product must be returned in it's original packaging and in new condition within 15 days of the item being received. We offer a 100% refund (no restocking fee) for defective orders (photo of item required) because we are a custom print shop and our shirts are made-to-order.

Therefore if you have wrongly given us your size or if you order a size, receive that size but are not happy with the fit or if you have changed your mind are not grounds for a 100% refund and a restocking fee will apply . 

We can take back t shirts that do not fit or you simply want to return with a $7 restocking fee, or $15 fee for Hoodies. Tracking Numbers for Returns Must Be Supplied As Well.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be done within 1 hour  of purchase.

Halloween : Full refunds for halloween costume returns must be completed before 10/26

Stolen Items: Unfortunately this does happen, but we are not responsible for stolen items. 

Wrong Address Provided : We do not offer refunds for wrong addresses provided at time of purchase. We are a print on order company and are not responsible for errors made that are out of our control. 

Shirt Color Change: Any change in shirt color from it's advertised color will not be considered final sale, but will be subject to auto re-stock fee if it is being returned. There will also be no exchanges accepted for a color change. 

Quick disclaimer for those of you planning to match this item with your favorite kicks, please keep in mind we create designs that match perfectly on our computer screens BUT graphics can print differently depending on the shirt color as well as the style/material. For this reason we DO NOT guarantee an exact color match. Please consider this before confirming your purchase as we will not grant refunds or exchanges for orders that simply aren't the exact colors you were hoping for.
